A Legacy Woven Into the Future of PCOS CON
Beginning in 2026, PCOS CON is proudly dedicated in honor of Crystal “Cryssy” Cross — a supporter, volunteer, advocate, and friend whose love for this community helped shape the heart of this work.
Who She Was
Crystal, known to her friends as Cryssy, was more than a supporter of PCOS Awareness Association. She was part of the fabric of this mission.
- Supporter and volunteer of PCOSAA
- Helped build programs including Reveal the Teal and PCOS CON
- Advocated for bringing community and connection to Texas
- Defended the mission when others tried to tear it down

Her Spirit
Dancer. Fashionista. Writer. Teacher. Foodie. Friend. And so much more.
Her Impact
She helped create spaces where women with PCOS could feel seen, supported, and heard.
Her Legacy
Every future PCOS CON will carry her memory forward with purpose, compassion, and truth.
Why This Dedication Matters
Cryssy’s PCOS story was heartbreaking and deeply personal. Her experience reminded us that PCOS is not just physical. It can affect mental and emotional health in ways that are often invisible to the outside world.
Her story is one of the reasons PCOS Awareness Association deepened its commitment to mental health, including partnership efforts that acknowledge the real emotional burden so many people with PCOS carry. It is also a reminder of why our voices must be heard.
What This Means Going Forward
Dedicating PCOS CON in Cryssy’s honor means we commit to building more than an event. We commit to building a lifeline.
- We create spaces where no one feels alone
- We honor mental health alongside physical health
- We amplify the voices of those navigating PCOS
- We lead with compassion, courage, and community
A Symbol of Remembrance
Awareness. Advocacy. Community.
Remembrance. Compassion. Legacy.
“We carry this forward — together.”
Our Promise
In honoring Cryssy, we promise to continue building what she believed in — a stronger, more connected, more compassionate future for people living with PCOS.
This dedication is for the woman who helped build this. For the advocate who believed. For the friend who gave so much. And for every person who sees themselves in her story.
